Official Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Hunt Sweepstakes promotions are open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

Void where prohibited.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Hunt Sweepstakes, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each sweepstakes promotion has specific entry and drawing dates as listed on the website. Entries received before the start date or after the entry deadline will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

METHOD 1: Member Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

• Create a free account at huntsweepstakes.com
• Browse available trips and select ones to enter
• Apply available entry credits to your selected trips

Free accounts receive monthly entry credits. No purchase is required to receive credits or to enter. Optional paid memberships provide additional benefits but do NOT improve your odds of winning.

METHOD 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

You may enter without creating an account or making any purchase:

• Visit huntsweepstakes.com/amoe
• Complete the online AMOE entry form
• Verify your email address

AMOE entrants have equal odds of winning as paid members and are subject to the same entry limits.

Entry Limits

Regardless of entry method:

• One (1) entry per person per trip
• Maximum ten (10) total entries per monthly draw cycle
• Limit one entry per email and physical address
• Automated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification

4. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each trip. All eligible entries, regardless of entry method, have equal odds of winning.

Example: If 1,000 eligible entries are received, each entry has a 1 in 1,000 chance of winning.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries using a cryptographically secure random number generator.

Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

6. PRIZES

Prizes consist of all-expense-paid hunting and fishing trips. Each trip includes items listed in the specific trip description.

Winner Responsibilities

Winner is responsible for:

• Hunting/fishing licenses and tags (required for participation)
• Travel to/from designated meeting point (unless included)
• Gratuities and personal expenses
• Federal, state, and local taxes on prize value

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution permitted except at sponsor's discretion.

7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, you release Hunt Sweepstakes and its affiliates from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize acceptance/use.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used to administer the sweepstakes, notify winners, and fulfill prizes.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these rules or use fraudulent means to enter.

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues impair integrity.
