GUARANTEED Private Landowner Elk Tag is INCLUDED. This tag is allocated directly to the ranch and does not require entering the NM draw lottery. Winner must still purchase a NM hunting license (~$65 non-resident) and habitat stamp (~$10). Prize covers these costs via reimbursement.
